It is refined tsuyu of Kyoto. It is made from select ingredients, and has a rich flavor of katsuo-bushi(dried bonito). You can use it for soba, udon, somen, nabe, tempura, gyu-don, oyako-don, chilled tofu, sukiyaki, and so on.
Directions; dilute the sauce with water
3times for dippng sauce of cold soba(udon)
4times for dipping sauce of tempura
6times for hot soba(udon)
9times for nabe, etc
10times for nikujaga

* No need to dilute for chilled tofu, sukiyaki, etc
