It is a seasoning for quick japanese pickles( "asazuke" in japanese). Asazuke is healthy and popular in Japan.

Directions; Cut your favorit vegetables such as cucumber, daikon radish, carrot, eggplant and so on into bite-size pieces. Put them and the seasoning into a plastic bag. Then pull out the air from it, and rub lightly. Wait about 30 minutes in a refrigerator and then drain it. You can eat asazuke easily.
