Niboshi(dried baby sardines) 180g(6.34oz)

Dashi stock prepared from dried baby sardines has a rustic flavor. This is rich in calcium.
Directions; 30g dried baby sardines, 1000ml(5cups)
Remove the bitter head and stomach of the dried baby sardines. Put the measured water in a pot. Add the dried baby sardines and allow to set for about 30min. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 6 to 7min removing the scum carefully. Turn off the heat and strain it.
