Togakushi-soba(in Nagano Prefecture) is one of the three major soba in Japan. This is soft soba noodles, not completely dried. So fresh!
Directions; Boiling time 3 minutes for cold soba, 2 minutes and a half for hot soba.
Ingredients; buckwheat, wheat, salt and vinegar.
