Kamameshi means rice, meat, vegetable dish served in a small pot. It is a kind of japanese pilaf. Gomoku means various ingredients. It contains 10 kinds of ingredients (carrot, burdock, bamboo shoot, shiitake mushroom, hiratake mushroom, bracken, Jew's ear mushroom, chicken, konjak, deep-fried tofu). It has a flavor of dried bonito, tastes good.
Directions; Wash 3 cups of rice, drain well. Put the rice and the dashi stock into a rice cooker. And add water for cooking 3 cups of rice. Then add the ingredients, mix well, and cook it.
