It is niku-dofu(meat and tofu) which tastes Sukiyaki.
Directions; Cut one firm tofu into bite-size cubes and set in a strainer to drain. Heat oil, fry the both sides of firm tofu on medium-heat about 3 to 4minutes. Add the ingredients and sauce, stir-fry about 1 minute.
