Mabo-Tofu is a chinese dish which is Tofu with a hot spicy sauce. In particular it is a representative dish of Shisen region in China. But it is also very popular in Japan.
Directions(3〜4servings); Put oil in a pan, fry 80g ground pork. Add this sauce, mix it well. And add 1 block silken Tofu cut into 1.5cm square pieces, stir it softly, and warm the Tofu. Then add naganegi(japanese leek) minced finely, mix it softly. You can easily eat authentic Mabo-Tofu.
Ingredients; soy sauce, sesame oil, soybean oil, sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, extracts of shiitake mushroom,chicken and pork, salt, chili oil, amino acid and starch.
