Chahan means fried rice. It is originally a Chinese dish, but very popular in Japan.
Directions; Put oil in a pan, heat it well. Cook stirred egg lightly. And put about 250g cooked rice in it, stir-fry them about 1min. Then cook them with the powder and finely chopped japanese leek(naganegi), onion, carrot, green pepper and so on about 1 to 2minutes further.
