Directions; Dilute this sauce with water
2〜3times for dipping sauce of cold Udon(soba) and Temmpura
5〜6times for hot Udon(Soba) soup
8〜9times for Nabe and Oden
Ingredients; soy sauce, sugar, salt, kelp, alcohol, extracts of shiitake mushroom, dried bonito and sardine, sweet rice wine and amino acid.
