Gomaae(sesame dressing)



1. Trim green beans and cut into bite-sized lengths.

2. Bring water to a boil(add a little of salt), and boil trimed green beans for about 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Put them in a strainer, rinse with cold water, and drain well.

4. Dress them with the sesame dressing mixture(A).

* If boiled green vegetable is not drained well, it will turn out watery.
* You can also use black sesame instead of white sesame.
