Gomaae(sesame dressing)
Ingredients
- 150g green beans or your favorite green vegetable such as spinach, green asparagus, ripe blossoms, broccoli and so on.
- A{ 15ml(1tbsp) soy sauce, 15ml(1tbsp)dashi stock, 15g(1tbsp) sugar, 30g(2tbsp) ground or chopped white sesame }
Directions;
1. Trim green beans and cut into bite-sized lengths.
2. Bring water to a boil(add a little of salt), and boil trimed green beans for about 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Put them in a strainer, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
4. Dress them with the sesame dressing mixture(A).
* If boiled green vegetable is not drained well, it will turn out watery.
* You can also use black sesame instead of white sesame.
