Hayashi rice is an original dish with Japan as a western-style dish(yōshoku). It usually contains beef, onions, and button mushrooms, in a thick demi-glace sauce which contains red wine and tomato sauce.

Directions(10 servings); 184g the solid sauce, 350g thin sliced beef, 600g thin sliced onion, 900ml, You can add sliced button mushrooms.
Fry onion, add beef, fry further. And pour water, when it comes to a boil, remove the scum, and simmer it for about 15minutes. Stop the fire once, add and dissolve the solid sauce, and simmer it over low heat for about 10 minutes further. Serve this sauce atop or alongside cooked white rice.
