Riken kombu-dashi 70g(2.46oz)

This is dashi granules prepared from two kinds of kombu(kelp) from Hokkaido, which is the leading producing district of konbu(kelp) in Japan. The delicate taste of kombu(kelp) is valued. It contains 14sticks.
Put 5g(1stick) in 600 to 750ml hot water. Because it contains no salt, add salt as needed.
