This is a traditional Soba which was very popular in EDO(the old name of Tokyo).
This has a strong flavor of soba(buckwheat).You can also drink hot water used for boiling. So healthy!
In the case of cold soba, dilute mentsuyu with hot water used for boiling after eating soba,and try it.
