Buta-don(pork on rice)
This is an original recipe of ebara corporation.
Ingredients(1 to 2 servings);
- 150g thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 onion
- 100ml ebara sukiyaki-no-tare
- 50ml water
Directions;
1. Cut onion into wedges.
2. Put sukiyaki-no-tare, water and onion in a pan, bring to a boil.
3. Add pork, cook it and remove the scum.
4. Place the ingredients on a bowl of rice.
* Top with chopped green onion, green peas, shred cheese, pickled red ginger or eggs fried sunny‐side up with your liking.
