Tandoori chicken(chicken with curry flavor)
This is an original recipe of higashimaru corporation.
Ingredients(1 to 2 servings);
- 300g chicken
- 100g plane yogurt
- 1pack of higashimaru powder for curry udon
Directions;
1. Mix plane yogurt and 1pack of curry powder in a bowl.
2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, and marinate them in the mixture for 30 to 60 minutes.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, and fry marinated chicken on a medium heat.
