Miso-Marinated Grilled Pork
Ingredients:(2servings)
- 2 pieces pork (loin or tenderloin)
- A(45g(3tbsp) miso paste, 15ml(1tbsp) sake, 15ml(1tbsp) mirin)
Directions
1.Make some incisions through the lean and the fat in the pork to prevent them from shrinking.
2.Mix all the ingredients in A gently and apply on both sides of them. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 days.
3.Scrape off the miso paste roughly. Heat a little salad oil in a frying pan, and fry them on a medium heat. When golden brown, turn over, and fry them on a low heat further.
* White or mixed miso without dashi goes well with this.
