Kamatama udon is boiled udon dressed with dashi-soysauce, and a speciality of Kagawa prefecture.
Directions; Cook udon, no rinse with water. Put the udon on a bowl, then put egg and the dashi-soysauce on it. Mix it wth chopsticks. Put chopped green onion and finely sliced nori laver with your liking. Bon appetite!
Ingredients; soy sauce, salt, sugar, powder of dried bonito, dashi of dried bonito and dried baby sardines and amino acid
