This is mixed dried mackerel,horse mackerel and sardine. You can make dashi stock for miso soup,udon and soba.
Directions; Bring 800ml water to a boil. Put about 24g this kezuribushi in, simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove it from dashi stock.
