Nabe means a hot pot like a kind of japanese-style Bouillabaisse or Pot-au-feu. This soup is prepared from katsuo-bushi(dried bonito) and kombu(kelp). It has a soysauce flavor. You can enjoy a basic hot pot easily.
Directions; Put the portion and water (150ml water per 1 portion) in the pot ,and put your favorite ingredients such as chicken, pork,seafood,vegetables,mushroom,and so on. Then cook them. So easy!
