It is Kansai(region)-style light brown tsuyu which is made from light soy sauce(usukuchi) and dashi prepared from dried bonito, round scad, sardine, frigate mackerel and kelp.
You can easily enjoy Kansai-style udon at home. Of cause you can use it besides udon.
Directions; dilute the sauce with water
6times for hot udon,nabe,oden and so on.
7 to 8 times for osuimono
