Yaki-Udon(Stir-Fried Udon)


Ingredients(1serving);





Directions;


1. Lightly boil udon noodle, and drain.

2. Cut sliced pork libs and cabbage into bite-sized pieces, carrot into thin rectangles, and slice onion.

3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, and saute sliced pork libs. Then add carrot, onion and cabbage, stir-fry them.

4. Add udon, season with dashi granules, soy sauce, sake, salt and pepper. Lightly stir-fry further.

5. Serve topped with katsuo-bushi.


* Garnish with beni-shouga(pickled red ginger) and karashi(japanese mustard) with your liking.
* Top with wakegi(japanese scallion) with your liking.
* You can also use sausage instead of sliced pork libs.
